RETURNS POLICY

All merchandise purchased at regular retail price can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

A refund or an exchange can be made provided that the merchandise is unused, like new.

Merchandise purchased on sale cannot be refunded. However, merchandise on sale at less than 30% off can :

  • Be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or
  • If the boutique is unsuccessful in proposing an exchange, the purchase amount can be transferred onto an Ogilvy gift card which can be used throughout the store.

Merchandise on sale for more than 30% off is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Our returns policy does not apply for items which were custom-made, special ordered (drapes, furniture, etc.) or altered in any way.

For sanitary reasons, the following articles cannot be returned and are excluded from this policy :

▪ Pantyhose ▪ Hats ▪ Sunglasses ▪ Bathing suits ▪ Cosmetics ▪ Undergarments
